Cookie Policy

Cookies, local storage, optional analytics (GA4), and third-party embeds on our sites.

This Cookie Policy describes how Requset uses cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage) on our marketing site and in the Requset web application. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. They help us keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the Service is used. Similar technologies include local storage keys the app uses for UI state.

2. Categories we use

  • Strictly necessary: Required to authenticate you, maintain sessions, route requests securely, and protect against abuse. These are set by Requset and our authentication and hosting providers (for example session cookies from Supabase Auth). The Service cannot function properly without them.
  • Preferences: Remember choices such as theme (light/dark) or similar UI settings, often via local storage as well as cookies.
  • Analytics (optional): If we enable Google Analytics (GA4) using a measurement ID in our deployment, Google may set cookies or use identifiers to collect aggregated usage data on pages where the script loads. We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies for ads through GA4.

We do not use cookies to sell personal information or to run third-party ad networks on the product.

3. Third-party content and embeds

Some marketing pages may embed third-party media (for example YouTube videos). Those providers may set their own cookies or read identifiers when you interact with the embed. Their use is governed by their policies, not ours.

4. Managing cookies

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent sign-in or break parts of the Service. Where GA4 is enabled, you can also use browser extensions or Google's opt-out tools for analytics. Use in-app theme and account settings where available for product preferences.
