Subprocessors

Vendors that host or process personal data on our behalf to run Requset.

1. Overview

Requset is operated from Sri Lanka and offered to customers globally. The third parties below help us run the Service. They act as subprocessors or service providers and process personal data on our instructions, subject to appropriate agreements and security expectations. This list is not exhaustive of every transient network provider (for example DNS or certificate authorities) but covers the main platforms that store or process Customer Data for us. Data may be processed in multiple countries depending on each vendor's region options and our configuration (for example Supabase project region, Azure region, and CDN edge locations).

We may update this page when we add or replace vendors. For how we use personal data more broadly, see our Privacy Policy.

2. Subprocessors

Microsoft Corporation (Azure)

Website / policy

Cloud hosting and compute for Requset's Python-based AI application and related AI backend services (infrastructure as configured in our Azure subscription).

Processing location depends on the Azure region(s) we use; Microsoft acts as a subprocessor under Microsoft’s cloud agreements and privacy commitments.

Microsoft (Azure AI / Microsoft Foundry)

Website / policy

Large language model inference and related AI model services exposed through Microsoft Foundry (Azure AI) when you use Requset AI features that call our AI stack.

Model availability and routing are configured in Foundry; customer content sent for inference is processed under Microsoft’s terms for the applicable AI services.

Supabase, Inc.

Website / policy

Authentication (email/password and optional Google OAuth), PostgreSQL database, real-time and API layers, and file storage for user-uploaded attachments tied to the application.

Data is hosted in the region configured for our Supabase project. Subjects to Supabase’s terms and DPA where applicable.

Polar (Polar Software / billing partner)

Website / policy

Subscription checkout, seat-based billing, invoicing metadata, and payment processing for paid plans.

Card data is handled by Polar and its payment partners; Requset receives billing status and limited payment metadata.

Transactional email (for example sign-in, invitations, notifications, and support-related messages where configured).

Vercel Inc.

Website / policy

Hosting and delivery of the Next.js application (serverless functions, edge network) for production deployments that use Vercel.

If Requset is deployed elsewhere, this row may not apply; we will update this list accordingly.

Google Sign-In (OAuth) when enabled; optional Google Analytics 4 (GA4) on pages where a measurement ID is configured.

YouTube embeds on marketing pages may load Google-controlled resources when played.

3. Changes

We will update this page when subprocessors change materially. We may also notify workspace owners or administrators by email or in-product notice where appropriate.
